BUILDING DESCRIPTION:
The Tecumseth Lofts is an original loft conversion of an existing 11/2 story commercial building into just 28 lofts. Developed by Walter Harhay and designed by architect Len Sedun, Tecumseth Lofts are located on the northwest corner of King and Tecumseth and was completed in 1999.

BUILDING FEATURES:
Ceiling heights range from 9ft to 28ft but are on average 11 feet. Suite sizes range from a 710 square feet to 1150 one bedroom plus den, 1555 sq ft for 2 bedrooms. Shaker cabinets with an open concept kitchen are standard. Some lofts have gas kitchens with a gas outlets equipped for barbecuing. Most suites have skylights, hardwood floors, granite floors, counters, gas fireplaces, and jacuzzi tubs. Condo fees are very low at 21 cents a square foot.
