BUILDING LOCATION/DESCRIPTION:
After a couple of years of occupancy, The Camden Lofts stands as one of the most sought-after loft buildings in a very up-and-coming area at King St and Spadina Ave. Looking at 29 Camden, you would think it was a 'rag trade' building: Housing the production/assembly of some coats, shirts or maybe dresses to be sold later at The Bay, but look closely, it's hard to believe your first impression. The industrial design elements of the exterior - red brick, multiples of square, pane windows creating lots of light on the interior, combined with the funky interior finishes, including 10' ceilings, make this a unique, real loft building. It's a low-rise, 6 storeys, with approximately 60 suites in total. Some suites have balconies, some suites are 2-storey, but don't expect a view with this New York style loft. On the inside, suites offer concrete floors, concrete ceilings, and concrete walls between suites. Rolling doors on closets, industrial hardware serving as lights and door handles etc, are common interior finishes.

As this area rebuilds itself, some of the 'it' spots are establishing themselves and making the King and Spadina District a terrific area to work, play, live and dine. How about a special dinner at Susur, Muse, Indian Motorcycle Café, hanging out at '606', Roxy Blu, Helium, or maybe a coffee or lunch at Zoe's?

AMENITIES:
The Camden Lofts have a security system, lockers, a social room with outdoor patio and commercial units on the first floor. Hydro is metered separately in each suite.
