The Brewery Lofts is one of Toronto's best loft. A former CBC props warehouse, The Brewery Lofts are large, with 14 foot ceilings, mushroom columns and polished concrete floors. Maintenance fees are low because utilities are extra. The buildings facilities include party room, fitness room and conference areas, but no concierge and security guard. Many of the suites have been treated like a blank canvas and the owners have done extensive upgrades to their suites.
